There are some fantastic cover versions of popular rock, punk, and new wave songs that bring new energy or perspective to the originals. For example, immortal songs as Hotel California by the Eagles, Forget about me by Simple Minds, I`m gonna be (500 miles) by Proclaimers, and Brain Damage by Pink Floyd. Here are some standout covers of these songs and others. 

Today I had a conversation with ChatGTP about Pink Floyd. I needed some guidance to understand them better. My aim was to learn more about their lyrics from their latest albums. By using a crafting prompt based on the RTF-formula - Role, Task, and Format, I learned step by step. For each lesson I answered a quiz with five questions.

The Østfold band Pulse of Floyd delivered Pink Floyd's music and expression with dignity and great perfectionism on Saturday 18th November at Verket Scene. The band celebrated the 50th anniversary of the album "Dark Side of The Moon" with performing songs from the album.

Local stars were shining at Verket Scene on Saturday 28th October 2023. Fantastic performances of songs from their favourite artists.

The English rock band Pink Floyd have something they want to sing about - a message to the world. Their albums The Dark Side of the Moon and The Wall stands for me like  “scientific” studies of human mind and behavior. 

The space age has inspired a number of musicians. The Norwegian solar physicist astrophysicist Paal Brekke's multimedia presentation 22nd August 2023 at Verket Scene, Moss in Norway, took us on a magical mystery tour far out in the space - supported by genuine rock'n roll. 

The Norwegian guitar heroes in the band Hiawata performed a concert on Saturday 9th September 2023 at the rockbar Last Train in Oslo, Norway. The members played for first time together since their concert in 2020. Finally they joined again. It was because they miss the songs and miss each other.
