The crew on the boat MS Brekke took us this evening on a wonderful journey. We went through Norway's oldest channel system, the Halden canal. Here we enjoyed the beautiful scenery and spectacular locks.

On 3rd August 2020 we took part in the history of viking life and death in the town of Kaupand near Larvik in southern Norway. Experienced also crafts, knowledge, religion and food culture. For me it looked like that the growing town in the past had optimal conditions to exist, but suddenly it all disapeared. By a coincident remains of the town was discovered by a farmer. The mystery goes on, but new shed of light on what happened ....

On a beautiful hot summerday, Friday 6h July 2018, I found Slottsfjellet site and tower in Tønsberg town really breathtaking - not only for its beauty, but also for its history, age, lanscape and viewpoint. The Slottfjellet Tower was lightened up by the strong sunshine. Here I got a full panorama view over the whole town.

The Beatles Project from Norway, included Neil Tudor, Paul McCartney look alike from Liverpool, lifted Beatles fans to great heights.

The fortress is the site of some of the most dramatic events in Norwegian history. It has been attacked six times by the Swedish, but never conquered. The only way the Swedish could enter the fortress were as tourists.

What is hiding beneath Oslo Handelsgymnasium in Oslo? Any big Nazi tresaures? As Nazi Germany began to fall in 1945 its leaders around the world hided the treasures they had looted. Following the World War II the school was inspected by the Norwegian resistance fighters and later the military. They found a large Nazi bunker four metres below the school, which was used as the Nazis headquarter in Norway during the war.

In late winter 1940 Oslo Commerce School new building was almost completed. The intention was that the school should be used from the early autumn in 1940, but this was not to be. When attacked on 9th April the German General Staff took into the KNA Hotel, now Scandic, across the street from the new school building. So he made some own plans for the school.
